Attractions were super —
— Fabulous step-on guide in St. Augustine 
 — Kennedy Space Center was amazing!
Know it would be difficult to schedule, but one could certainly spend more time there.  
 — Everglades tour was fun, and the trained gator show was almost unbelievable 
 — Manatee facility was an interesting visit
Sorry not to be able to go to the Naval Aviation Museum, but not sorry to be able to get home a day earlier 😂

Only downside was my food at the farewell dinner.  Ordered the ribeye steak at the waiter’s recommendation, and it was NOT a good piece of meat. Neither CC nor I could eat ours. 

All in all, a great trip, especially with the personal attention of Nancy and her family at our departure and return!!!
Look forward to traveling with you again in the future!

Our first experience of bus travel was great! Loved CC and Larry, they took such good care of their chicks. Long days but we had to have them to cover the distance. Favorite part was St Augustine, Cape Cananveral and airboat ride. Loved Key West too. I have to learn to pack less but Patrick was so understanding and kind with my luggage. Hopefully Sister and I can look at some more travel with you next year. We made some new friends to hope to keep in touch. Thank you again for a great time!!’

We had a wonderful time in Yellowstone and Jackson at the National Elk Refuge.  Not much snow those days but the morning we left Jackson, It was so amazing how much snow we got.  So beautiful.  Really enjoyed the Tabernacle Choir performance too!

I thought the trip was wonderful in spite of the rain. CC was wonderful in trying to rearrange our schedule somewhat so we could be indoors when it was raining. She is to be commended for getting us all to California after the delays. Nothing short of a miracle but she pulled it off. The only thing I would change would be the hotel. They advertised coffee makers in the rooms which wasn’t exactly what we call coffee makers. We had to ask for towels the whole time and a hotel with a breakfast buffet would have been more accommodating. You also couldn’t have coffee and orange juice without paying for one of them. It was very clean and comfortable. I have to give them that. CC was great and I would definitely go on another trip with her anytime.

We had a great time and always meet the nicest people! Zachary Travel takes care of us ( rain or shine)! Thank you CC for all the rearranging that needed to be done. I know that was not an easy task! Hope to join Zachary Travel with other trips in the future!

A fun experience a few hiccup's along the way but our tour guide CC McCarstle did a wonderful job of making things run smooth.
We would do it again even if there was rain in the forecast.

We had a wonderful trip. Monday, when we had travel issues, CC was so calm and took care of us changing the plans and getting us safely to Los Angeles. Our tours were fun and well planned.

Zachary Travel Christmas in North Georgia 2025

I have traveled several times with Zachary travel . They always take good care of us even in challenging circumstances. The Rose Bowl Parade trip was outstanding and I had a great time.

It was a great trip.  Loved the Rose Parade and the volunteering/float tour.  Great people on the trip.  It was a pleasure meeting all the people.  CC did a great job handling the travel issues.  Even though it rained, everyone made the best of the trip.

 The trip started off with airplane delays so we were up over 24 hrs before we got to LA at 2:30 am. Hotel was not good- one elevator broken and we were on 4th floor so elevator never came up to us causing us to walk down 4 flights of stairs every day. Breakfast had a choice of coffee or orange juice and you had to pay to get both. NO COFFEE POTS in room and NO COFFEE in hotel lobby! Included meals were unhealthy and low quality. We loved the parade but our seats location did not allow us to see performances by the floats, we only saw the floats. There was not enough time to see the Huntington botanical gardens or the Getty museums. Bus and driver were outstanding! Our tour director would give us times to board bus or meet back to bus, then change the times later making it hard to keep track of when to meet. The things we saw and had time to visit were outstanding and very enjoyable but we did not get to do what was planned for the trip. Ce Ce told us if we had travel insurance, we would be told how to file for our meals in airports on that day, but that did not happen. Can you send us an email with the forms to complete to be reimbursed for meals on that day? Overall we enjoyed all we were able to do in the time we had since we lost a day due to air travel issues! The trip to see the Rose Parade was on my bucket list.  It was a wonderful trip in spite of airline delays and rain.  The first day, Monday/fly day, was crazy with delays.  My roommate and I were up for about 25 hours in all.  Our guide, CC, handled it like a champ—calm, cool, and collected and smiling.  She is a real professional, and I’ll add she is kind and organized.  I hope to travel with Zachary again.

We had a great time and everything was well organized. There were some bumps in the road on Monday with flights, but CC and the staff were able to reroute us to get to California. The itinerary was full and we were able to do lots of things despite the rain. If I had one regret, it would be that MARS did not book us at the den with the Louisiana float to work on. It’s possible that was not an option.

I’ve done many bus trips with groups. Always liked them. This was my second group trip with a flight/shuttle bus as transportation. . I must say, the professionalism was amazing. Cece did an exceptional job with everything. She faced many hurdles with airport delays . She remained calm, cool, and professional with every thing the airlines threw at her. She was remarkably kind and considerate of all of our needs. Her communication skills are excellent. I never had to worry what was next. She kept us all up to date with itinerary changes due to flight delays.  I will definitely be using Zachary Travels in the future. From the  very first call with Abbie Gaines until today, everything was great. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Zachary Travel New York Christmas 2025

We had a wonderful time on this trip.  It was a small group of us on  a big bus, so there was room to spread out--which was nice.  Hotel accommodations were excellent!  The Drury Inn in Chattanooga was very nice, as was the Village Hotel at the Biltmore.  The Greenbrier was awesome!  All of the Christmas decor and the tours were great and was a great way to begin the Christmas Season!  We highly recommend this trip!  Zachary Travel never disappoints!  They took very good care of us.

CC is a terrific tour guide, and we enjoyed the energy of NYC!

Truly a whirlwind experience!  In 36 hours, I saw and learned more about parts of our Louisiana heritage than I thought possible!  Our Zachary guide CC was terrific as well as Larry and our motorcoach driver Rod.  The local guides were engaging and professional.  A terrific trip.

This trip was a very special evening I planned for myself. First time traveling with a tour group and I met so many kind and friendly people. The meal and restaurant were memorable, with outstanding service and delicious food.

The Sanger Theater is beautiful and perfect for experiencing this musical. The performance and cast were outstanding, and the evening was truly magical, listening and singing along with so many favorites.

Zachary Travel Chattanooga Choo Choo in the Fall

Plenty of places to eat.  The trip was well organized.  The best place was Rock City.  Had a good time.  

Had a great time. Wonderful fellow travelers and tour folks. Great accommodations. 

I Loved this trip. It was fantastic staying in Lodges on top of Mountains! The Walton Museum, The Native American Museum, The Crystal Bridges Museum were just Excellent Museums! The Passion Play was Amazing! From Mountaintops, to Museums to Theater this was a Great Tour!

Zachary Travel Best of Arkansas 2025

We especially were impressed with Niagara Falls, and delighted in Hershey Chocolate World. Other highlights were the historic sites in Boston, Old Sturbridge Village, Kennebunkport, Natural Bridge, Cannon Mountain, Morse maple farm, the Norman Rockwell museum, and Quechee gorge. We traveled with some wonderful people, were transported by a top notch driver, and had a very capable tour guide. As always, it is a real pleasure to travel with Zachary Travel.

Wonderful trip and wonderful accommodations! I would have preferred to spend more time at the passion play venue so I could have seen the cross and the holy land tour.

We had a wonderful experience. We had a great tour guide (Doug) who kept us entertained with information about our various activities. We also had a terrific bus driver named Keith. Everyone was friendly and we had nice  accommodations. The food stops were good too. Can’t wait for our next trip.

Cruises operate a little differently from our land tours since everyone is spread out across the ship with their own dining times, activities, and schedules. Aside from our first day boarding together and our disembarkation day, our travelers often choose how much or how little they connect with the guide during the voyage. Our guides do their best to be available for questions and conversation, and we’re sorry to hear you felt there could have been more communication in your case. We will certainly discuss this with our guides and look at ways we can improve.

I had a fantastic time. A bucket list checked off!  Everything was so enjoyable.  But our guide, CC, did not communicate well with everyone, only saw her if we ate in dining room in the evenings.  And then, communications wasn't with everyone. I found out most information from others.  Just didn't feel she was concerned with us.

We do our best to balance location, comfort, and accessibility when selecting hotels, but your note about wanting more nearby options for free afternoons is a great point and something we'll absolutely take into account as we plan future itineraries. We had the BEST TIME!! The weather was perfect, loved our hotel (Drury Inn), and all the sights! We saw the Grand Canyon, the ruins of cliff dwellings, Pueblos, and climbed in & out of the lava tubes! We also saw a dormant volcano & an old lava river, all in the Flagstaff area of Arizona! We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. There were so many highlights including Mt Rushmore and Yellowstone Park. Most of the people we traveled with were a lot of fun to be around. The only negative part was that the bus seats didn’t seem to be as roomy and comfortable as they usually are. Great experience, regardless!

We had a wonderful trip filled with so many exciting experiences. Everything was well planned and carried out expertly. Our guide was CeCe, she was very caring and treated each of us as though we had been friends for years. When our flight home from Houston was delayed CeCe handled all of the details, making sure we were all at our correct gates when we got flights the next day. Our bus driver  Larry was an expert driver and very nice to everyone .  We can’t wait to travel with Zachary again!

We really enjoyed touring Jekyll Island, St Simon Island, Parris Island, and Beaufort SC. In Savannah, we toured Juliette Gordon Lowe’s home and enjoyed an evening dinner cruise on the Georgia Queen riverboat. Enjoyed touring Charleston SC, while there we toured the Charleston Tea Garden, which grows, processes, packages, and distributes their own tea. On the way home, we toured the a very interesting history museum in Augusta Georgia. The only thing that I can say was a bit of a letdown was dining at The Lady and Sons, Paula Deen’s restaurant in Savannah. The food wasn’t bad, but was not any better than an average restaurant. Overall a great trip, Sara and Zachary Travels do an excellent job!
